Session fees

20 minute intro video-consultation:

Free of charge - an opportunity for us to spend time talking about what you’d like to get from counselling / breathwork sessions, and for you to ask any questions you might have, with no obligation to book on. Contact me today to book an intro-call.

Counselling:

£60 per 50 minute session - or £165 for a block of three sessions (saving £15)

Concessions are available for counselling diploma students - please enquire.

Breathwork coaching:

£65 per 50 minute session - or £180 for a block of three sessions (saving £15)

How to pay:

I accept payment via bank transfer (payment to be made in advance of each session).

Sessions can be in-person or via video call.
